When it comes time to negotiate with your lender, tracking down the right people and knowing what is required is an extremely difficult task. I have established relationships with loss mitigation personnel in many of the banks and know what is required by the lender in a complete Short Sale package. I do not turn my deals over to a third party negotiator but deal directly with the banks which I believe is critical to my success. And everyone involved in the deal, including the seller, buyer and buyer's agent, are kept in the loop at all times via software generated emails.
In the last year alone, I have successfully negotiated and sold over 40 Short Sale listings in Brevard County. In addition, I negotiate with lenders on Short Sales for other realtors in our office.
